Does Mercu measure my blood pressure?

No. Use a validated upper-arm or wrist cuff; Mercu keeps the record and builds the averages and the report.

Why isn't day 1 in my weekly average?

Home measurement protocols (ESH, AHA) leave out the first day, when readings are usually higher. You can include it in Settings › Leave out day 1.

My cuff's readings don't appear from Apple Health

Open your cuff's app (Omron Connect, Withings, Qardio…) and turn on Health sharing, then in Mercu tap Readings from Apple Health. Check Settings › Health › Data Access › Mercu.

How do I cancel Mercu Plus?

Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions › Mercu › Cancel. Restore a purchase on a new phone: Mercu › Settings › Restore purchases.
