Mercu · Blood Pressure Diary
Terms of Use
Effective 12 October 2026
These terms apply to the Mercu app for iPhone. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; where they differ, these terms add to it.
What Mercu is
Mercu records blood pressure and pulse readings that you take with your own blood pressure monitor or import from Apple Health, calculates averages and creates reports you can share. Mercu does not measure blood pressure, is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Reference ranges (ACC/AHA 2017, ESC/ESH 2018) are shown for information only. Always follow your doctor's advice; if you feel unwell or a reading is very high, contact a doctor or emergency services.
Mercu Plus
Some features — the protocol weekly average, the PDF report, CSV export, Apple Health import and 30/90-day charts — require Mercu Plus, an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). A free trial may be offered once per Apple ID; when it ends, the subscription price is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period until cancelled. Manage or cancel any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your readings are yours and stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of the numbers you enter.
Liability
Mercu is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's calculations or reports.
